Cancellation/No Show Policy

I value and appreciate your business. I set aside a specific amount of time for each service to ensure quality care and a positive experience. I respectfully request to be notified within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. Appointment reminders will be sent out 48 hours prior to appointment to allow ample time to make any changes if necessary. You may be asked to provide a credit card number to reserve your appointment time.

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification may be charged in full for the scheduled services.

If you are running 5-10 minutes late, please contact me via phone and I will try my best to accommodate you. However, please note that the length of your treatment may be shortened and full charges apply.

I understand that life happens and things come up unexpectedly, and I take that into consideration when clients need to reschedule last minute. I want to be as flexible and understanding as possible. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Covid-19 Policy

As a high-touch industry of licensed professionals, Iā€™m governed by the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology to mitigate the spread of disease and uphold the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness. To ensure the health and well-being clients, staff, their families and the community at large, I will continue to practice enhanced sanitation procedures in order to mitigate the risk of COVID-19.


If you have shown symptoms of COVID19 or have been in direct contact with anyone that has displayed symptoms within the last week prior to your appointment, I request you reschedule. I will remain masked during services and have masks available for guests who request one.

I want to thank all of my special clients for your continued support and concern during these times. Please take confidence in the fact that we will adhere to the guidelines provided by the CDC, WHO and the State Board. Your safety is imperative to our future and I appreciate your patience through this process.
